STCADA relies on donations to help improve the living conditions and treatment available to our clients. All donations are tax deductible, as STCADA is a non-profit agency.

In 2004, 22.5 million Americans aged 12 or older were classified as having substance dependence or abuse in the past year. As many as 74 percent of Americans said in 2005 that addiction has had some impact on them at some point in their lives — whether personal, friend, family, or other experience.
